A look at the costumes I completed this year!! I didn’t make as many costumes as I wanted to, but I did manage to finish half of the ones I started! Including these, I also made improvements to my Angel Panty cosplay, made my first Kigurumi, and made a Tiz cosplay for James to go with my Agnes costume.
I’m really proud of the costumes I managed to finish because I think I gave myself a good variety of challenges. I’m looking forward to a new year of costumes in 2017, I have a lot of fun things planned!

Follow me and Emily on a new adventure!! We were part of the Geek Fashion Show this past SacAnime, and we were modeling designs by the Lord of the Seams! I was so excited when I heard I was going to be modeling LOTR clothing and my outfit was so super cute, I had so much fun!! Short and sweet vlog! We showed up late and only stayed for a short amount of time, but we had a lot of fun and ended up with some really nice pictures of our costumes!! I’m definitely looking forward to the next gathering!

the best part about stranger things is that they can’t solve anything until they put the three groups together because each group is acting within a separate genre
mike, lucas, dustin, and el are in a weird sci-fi coming of age story where the group of plucky misfit kids solve the mystery and test their friendship along the way
nancy and jonathan are in a horror movie where the teenagers have to kill the monster set against a backdrop of high school drama and romance
joyce and hopper are in a conspiracy thriller where the adults have to figure out what shady stuff the government is up to while also dealing with the difficulties of their personal lives
they all approach the issue within the confines of their genre, but none of those approaches work because none of them are seeing the whole picture. it’s only when all the threads start to converge that they can actually get anything done.
End of the convention vlog!! This means lots of chill hangouts with friends as the weekend winds down to an end, and reflections on the weekend as a whole on our ways home. I hope everyone enjoyed the vlogs and please stay tuned for some new videos in the future!
